If you're a writer of steamy erotica, you've come to the right place for submitting your work for consideration.  We accept only unpublished works from new, unpublished authors, as well as previously published authors.  We  do accept pen names on submissions, but real, legal names must be on your contract since that is how we pay royalties.  We do not disclose authors' real names if using a pen name.  We will protect your identity. 

We do not accept hardcore BDSM, hate, child porn or torture, horror, gay or lesbian, racism, golden showers, rape, incest, memoirs, diaries, or extremely violent material, nor any material that we feel would be offensive to others.  We will accept tastefully done soft bondage.  It will be the publisher's sole decision on these manuscripts.  Language should be toned down.  Before submitting, please follow these guidelines.  Not adhering to these will result in a manuscript being rejected.  We accept ONLY e-mail submissions.  Our erotica scenes are explicit, but tastefully done.  They are not vulgar in language.  We will alert you if your submission contains vulgarity.  Please contact us for a list of words we will not publish in content.

1>  Full contact information must be on the first page of your document.  We can not possibly sift through thousands of e-mails to find one person, since names are rarely used in e-mail addresses, therefore we rely on the contact information on the document for contacting the author.

2>  All submissions must be double-spaced.  Use ONLY Arial 12 fonts.  All documents must be submitted in MS Word, or RTF (Rich Text Format).  Do NOT change the page size of your manuscript.  Use 8.5"x11" pages ONLY!  We will not accept any other submissions (Word Perfect, Works, PDF, HTML, etc.) No fancy fonts, capitals, formatted pages, or underlined words.  Use Italics.

3>  Do not submit if your manuscript is not complete.  It usually does not take long to hear back from us, therefore, your manuscript needs to be complete if we ask for it.  We will not wait for you to finish it, as we set deadlines and must meet them.

4.  Submit the first three chapters and a synopsis of the book as two separate attachments.  Do NOT include the synopsis or chapters in the body of your e-mail.

5>  Do not send a blank e-mail!  We will not open any attachment to blank e-mails!  DO NOT INCLUDE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BOOK IN YOUR E-MAIL!  WE WILL READ THAT IN THE SYNOPSIS!!  We do NOT want to read it twice!  In your e-mail, give us your real, legal name, your writing credits, and why you feel your document will fit our publishing needs.

6>  Lengths are to be as follow:

Erotica:- No less than 30,000 words, no more than 50,000. 

7>  Documents must be double spaced, must contain the title, and author's name.  If using a pen name (pseudonym) place that name under the title.

8>  Do NOT use the enter key to move to a new page.  Use the INSERT - BREAK - PAGE BREAK in the toolbar.  Do NOT use footers.  Use Headers Only for the title on the left, last name and page numbers on the right.

9>  Do not include a table of contents.  They do not belong in fictional books unless it is a collection of short stories.  We do accept collections but not anthologies.

10>  Do NOT save chapters into separate files.  You should use page breaks between chapters so that it is one continuous document.  Do not include cover art, dedications, acknowledgments, or any other information in your submission.  We will let you know when we need those items if we need them.

These are the only strict guidelines we have, so please make sure to adhere to them.

Our Terms:

We offer a one-year exclusive contract for e-book publications.  If an author wishes a longer contract, we are open to negotiations.  We do not offer print editions.  The author retains all other rights to their books - print, movie, foreign, etc. -  We pay 40% royalties on all sales.  We use a number of re-sellers online, who charge us for their services, therefore we pay 40% of what they pay us, but if sold directly from our site, we pay 40% of the RETAIL price.  Payments are made quarterly on the 3rd of each month following the quarter end.  We pay by PayPal (preferred) or by check. We offer awards annually for best sellers throughout the year, and display it on the main page of our site for six months.  Please expect editing, even after the contract is signed.  We do not accept manuscripts AS IS.  No book is perfect, but we try to make as close to it as possible.  Authors have final approval before release.  We do editing, copyediting, cover design, layout, and formatting.  We do not charge fees for our services.  Authors may submit a cover design for consideration, although we have final say.  All cover designs must be the Author's work, or a work for hire.
